Where you were born/raised: Born is Seoul, South Korea. Raised in Endicott, NY.

Zodiac Sign: Aries

First Broadway show you ever saw? Les Miserables

When did you first get involved in theatre? My theater debut was in the first grade in a small production called; my line was “More soup please.” My first “real” show per se was The Fantasticks! in a local production, the summer before I started high school.

When did you first start performing with SRO? My first time performing with SRO was in the Valentine’s Cabaret in 2009! I wish I knew about it sooner…

If you had to pick which show would you say has been your favorite you've done with SRO? This is actually my first show, show with SRO, and I am so happy about it! Previously I would always be away at school during the productions. I have done many of the SRO Cabarets though and my favorite one was the 2009 Dessert Cabaret; that is when I got to know many of the people who are my closest friends today.

If you could go back in time and catch any Broadway show, what would it be? I would definitely want to see Miss Saigon, Sweeney Todd, and Hair.

Favorite showtune(s) of all time: The Flesh Failures from Hair, A Little Fall of Rain from Les Mis, and This Plum is Too Ripe from The Fantasticks!, Endless Night from The Lion King, Nobody Needs To Know from The Last Five Years, The I Love You Song from The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Lilly’s Eyes from The Secret Garden…to name a few.

First stage kiss: My first stage kiss was with an old boyfriend when I was in tenth grade in my high school’s production of South Pacific. I was Liat and he was Lieutenant Cable. Kissing was pretty much the ONLY thing my character did…

Some films you consider classics: Fight Club, The Shawshank Redemption, anything with Tom Hanks, anything with Morgan Freeman! Love him.

Do you have Pre-show rituals or warm-ups? I sing through a song from the show in my head and if I mess up I start again until I get it right. I also think a small prayer before the curtain opens!

Pop culture guilty pleasure: Dance Moms…hate to love it.

What song is the most played on your iPod? According to my iTunes it is “Taken for A Fool” by The Strokes.

Three things you can't live without: Family, Friends, Music.

What are some of your dream roles? Eponine in Les Mis big time, Kim in Miss Saigon…big, big time. I think it would be a lot of fun to play The Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd too. What are some shows you'd love to see SRO to do? Les Miserables, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, andbare: A Pop Opera!
