Do you have Pre-show rituals or warm-ups? Gotta find “alone time” to just be with myself and pray, drink lots of water
and no food for at least 5 hours before a show, listening to positive uplifting music, and I hang my Rosary Beads in the Dressing
Room. :)
Pop culture guilty pleasure: I really don’t have any. Call me a Jesus Freak… but I love my Contemporary Christian Music
- so that is my non-guilty pleasure.
